We will exchange any merchandise in its original condition, unused, within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your original purchase order. Please indicate which product you'd like to exchange it for.  Please mail item to:

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Products must not have been used.

We ship throughout the U.S. using USPS Standard Shipping. If you need expedited shipping, please choose that option during checkout. Guiding Glow Candle Co. is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping. If there is an issue and your product arrives damaged, please contact us at ggcandleco@gmail.com and also file a claim with the USPS.
